Preproduction
When a young man discovers that his father—who was buried twenty years earlier—is still alive, a night filled with confessions reveals a family secret that calls into question everything he has believed his entire life.
“When You Were Dead…” is an atmospheric mystery drama about guilt, responsibility and whether every truth must come to light. Over a single night, the boundaries between perpetrator and victim blur, until a son must decide whether uncovering the truth brings justice or only opens new wounds.
